Icon textures
Learn how to make this:
#001 Open a 100x100 file in Photoshop, and fill it with black (#000000).
#002 Well that's simple. Now choose a round brush. It doesnt matter what the size is. You can choose for different sizes, but I've chosen for 13px. If you have chosen the size, than make sure the hardness is 0%.
#003 Choose some colours and make some dots.
#004 Now go to Filter » Render » Lens flare and make a Lens Flare on every dot.
#005 Okay now you're almost ready. You only have to go to Filter » Distort » ZigZag and choose the same options as mine:
